A Superior Court judge in Fresno County, California recently ruled in favor of the NRA and California Rifle & Pistol Association, stating that a restriction in Assembly Bill 962 that would have banned mail order ammunition sales was "unconstitutionally vague." However, Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel tells Ginny Simone that the California Attorney General is already planning to appeal the court's decision, and other lawmakers in the state are introducing new legislation that could do similar damage to gun owners' rights.
