Paul Helmke of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence held a press conference to release the annual "Brady State Scorecard" that is meant to reflect which states do the most to prevent gun violence-according to Brady, that is. Cam Edwards rolls footage of the presser and provides commentary explaining that states that score higher by Brady's terms, such as California, do have the most draconian gun laws in the nation, but also higher violent crime rates than states that score low on the Brady scorecard, such as Utah or North Dakota.
