40-year-old Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry has been shot and killed in an area just north of Nogales, Arizona. He was with three other agents when they encountered armed bandits who target illegal immigrants for robbery, and a shootout ensued. Four suspects have been arrested, and the search continues for a fifth. Ginny Simone speaks with Landis Aden, President of the Arizona State Rifle and Pistol Association, who says the area where Terry was shot has been out of control for years. He tells Ginny that border agents are demoralized over the situation in securing the border because their hands are tied by D.C. politics. Originally aired 12/15/2010.
