New Hampshire firearms attorney Penny Dean talks to Cam Edwards about upcoming state legislation dealing with restrictions on the right to bear arms. House Bill 1693 seeks to reform a ban on firearms in the New Hampshire State House complex by removing power over weapons from the Joint Committee on Legislative Facilities. This bill was rushed into committee and needs the immediate and widespread support of Second Amendment advocates. Dean also identified House Bill 1461, which would allow local governments to regulate knives and "martial-arts" items, as one that needs to be defeated.
