Congressman Darrell Issa, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has subpoenaed the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) for information regarding "Fast and Furious," an operation that allowed thousands of guns across the Mexican border, and also regarding the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry who may have been killed by one of those guns. BATFE has refused to provide information on the latter, however, claiming that it would impede an ongoing criminal investigation. Ginny Simone speaks with Howard Nemerov, Austin Gun Rights Examiner, who says these actions are the opposite of the "transparency" BATFE promised. Originally aired 4/1/2011.
