On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Phoenix, Arizona, where 20-year-old Ryan Heisler was arrested for shooting and killing Police Officer Brad Jones. Heisler has been arrested four times in the past two years including two felony arrests. In January 2010, Heisler admitted to burglarizing a home and stealing a car and was sentenced to six months in jail. In July 2010, the day he was released from jail, he committed another felony: attempting to restrain and assault a woman on the street. Originally aired 11/1/11.
