Attorney Held For Legal Carry

New England court rules in favor of the officer who detained him. Cam Edwards speaks with Jim Wallace, executive director of the Gun Owners Action League (GOAL) about the recent ruling by the First Circuit Court of Appeals in New England that a policeman acted appropriately when he confiscated both the gun and the concealed-carry license from a lawyer who was legally carrying his firearm in a dangerous part of town. The police officer drew his gun on the attorney, frisked him, detained him and then confiscated his property, and the court ruled that these actions were reasonable.
