Attorney Discusses Stevens

Supreme Court's review of U.S. v. Stevens could affect hunters. The High Court has decided to rehear the case involving Robert Stevens, a 69-year-old hunter and published author who is now facing three years in jail for selling documentaries that he produced showing how pit bulls are good hunting dogs. His conviction was overturned by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, which said the federal law against "depictions of animal cruelty" was unconstitutional. Ginny Simone speaks with Bob Corn-Revere, one of the attorneys representing Mr. Stevens, about the challenge to both the First and Second Amendments in this case.
