Arms Trade Treaty Consensus Resolution

U.N. General Assembly decision toward the Global Arms Trade Treaty. Cam Edwards speaks with Tom Mason of the World Forum on the Future of Sport Shooting Activities (WFSA) about the most recent meetings and the current decision to move forward with International Arms Trade Treaty negotiations under the provision of consensus. Of the major players, Mason says that only Russia abstained from the consensus resolution, but he explains that this decision to allow any country veto power over any rule in the treaty could change at any time over the three-year negotiation process.
