On this edition of Hero of the Day, Cam Edwards shares two stories of senior citizen homeowners who used guns to defend themselves. The first from West Virginia where Menuard Frazier, 72 and 5'5" tall, was attacked and tied up by three men before they robbed him. When they went to rob his son's house next door, Frazier crawled into the kitchen, cut himself free and grabbed his gun. The attackers returned and began shooting at him, and Frazier returned fire until they fled. The second hero is from Golden Gate Estates, Florida where Ronald Bracey, 69, awoke to his wife's screams. Finding her with three men holding guns to her head, Bracey opened fire with his own gun, causing them to flee. Originally aired 7/27/2011.
