On this edition of Hero of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Louisiana where Robert Nagin, a retired man who frequented Landry's Seafood Restaurant, showed great courage when a man named Paul French walked into the establishment and opened fire. French killed his estranged girlfriend, waitress Michelle Borer, 42, and continued shooting. Robert Nagin, a right-to-carry holder, fired at French, hitting him in the chest. French fired back, hitting Nagin in the abdomen, but in the meantime, 5 employees were able to safely flee. Nagin is expected to make a recovery. Originally aired 5/18/2011.
