In Fort Smith, Arkansas, Sergeant Wayne Irelan was severely injured in Iraq and awarded the Purple Heart, but upon his return home, he has been stripped of the freedoms that he fought to honor. The Veteran's Administration has declared him "incompetent" because he has post-traumatic stress disorder and will not allow him his Second Amendment rights.
