The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in the Nordyke lawsuit, first filed in 1999 by Russell and Sally Nordyke, challenging Alameda County, California's ban against gun shows at the county fair. The court decided that banning gun shows on county property did not violate the Second Amendment since rights were not "substantially burdened" and gun owners could hold shows elsewhere. Cam Edwards speaks with Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel who says this case still isn't over. The argument remains that not allowing citizens the right to self-defense on county property due to this gun ban could be seen as a substantial burden. Originally aired 5/2/2011.
