Attorney Jim Manley, who represents Students for Concealed Carry on Campus (SCCC) in Colorado, talks to Cam Edwards about the favorable ruling in the state's Court of Appeals that will revive the group's lawsuit to allow concealed weapons on the University of Colorado campus. Manley explains that the University claimed exemption from state firearms law established in 2003, and that this ruling is an important step toward forcing them to comply with state standards. He says that another lawsuit under way against Colorado State University also stands to benefit from this ruling.
