California has passed Assembly Bill 962, a bill to require registration of ammunition buyers and prohibit mail-order purchases. Bill Dubois, CEO of Border Tactical Indoor Shooting Range in El Centro, California, talks to Cam Edwards about the adverse effects that the new law will have on the state's firearms dealers. He explains that the unnecessary paperwork mandated by the law will frighten off many potential customers and could cause the state to lose out on tax money if disgruntled gun owners leave California.
