After a lengthy battle with an unjust ruling by a New Jersey judge, Brian Aitken has been released from prison due to Gov. Chris Christie's decision to commute his sentence to "time served." Brian Aitken fell subject to "a perfect storm of injustice" while moving from Colorado to New Jersey. Police officers arrested him for having two unloaded handguns locked safely in his trunk, which is illegal in New Jersey unless someone is in the process of moving, as Aitken was. Aitken was sentenced wrongfully to seven years in prison. His father, Larry Aitken, talks to Ginny Simone about the emotional family reunion following his son's release. Originally aired 12/21/2010.
