Tonight, President Barack Obama will address the U.S. military mission in Libya with the public. The president will speak from the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. and is expected to tell Americans that the mission is justified and also that NATO and Arab allies are now taking the lead. The Obama Administration is reportedly also talking about arming the rebels in Libya. Tom Mason with the World Forum on the Future of Sport Shooting Activities tells Ginny Simone that this issue of arming non-state actors is a hot button issue at the United Nations, and it is likely to have a major impact on current negotiations for a Global Arms Trade Treaty.
