Legal gun owner gets jail time for having a gun on school property. On today's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards tells the story of Tracy Clark in Nashville, Tennessee. While in the parking lot at Westwood Elementary after his son's basketball game, a father from the opposing team approached Clark's truck, threatening him with a knife. Clark pulled out his firearm from the center console of his vehicle and laid it in the seat next to him, never even pointing it at the other father. The gun was not loaded and never left its holster. Ironically, had he fired the gun, he would have been exonerated because it would have demonstrated self-defense.
