James Gore, 18, gets a plea bargain; victim's mother is outraged. On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares the story of a Shawnee high school student who, when he was 17, shot and killed 34-year-old Delshawn Banks Sr. He will be sentenced to only eight years for the crime because a plea bargain reduced his charge from murder to manslaughter. Teresa Banks, the victim's mother, insists that the "only thing [Gore] is sorry for is that he got caught," and she insists that justice has not been served for her son's killer.
