A federal jury has convicted five officers from the New Orleans Police Department of civil rights violations connected with shootings on a bridge following Hurricane Katrina. Prosecutors told the jury that the two victims who were shot fatally were unarmed. Four other people were wounded. Ginny Simone speaks with Second Amendment Attorney Steve Halbrook who says this story is a reminder of what can happen when the government breaks down in a state of emergency and citizens are disarmed.
