Five firearms bills are currently on California Governor Jerry Brown's desk waiting to be signed. Four are anti-gun: A.B. 809, registering long gun sales, S.B. 427, licensing of handgun ammunition sellers, S.B. 819, changing the use of Dealer Record of Sales funds, and A.B. 144, banning Open Carry of an unloaded handgun. One pro-gun bill, S.B. 610 that would standardize CCW applications and remove liability insurance requirements, is also waiting to be signed. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA-ILA California State Liaison Ed Worley about these bills. Originally aired 10/3/2011.
