Last year overwhelming majorities in both the House and the senate passed Castle Doctrine legislation that would allow Pennsylvania citizens the right to use force, even deadly force, to defend themselves outside of their homes without the duty to retreat. However, Governor Ed Rendell vetoed the bill before it could come to fruition. Cam Edwards speaks with State Senator Richard Alloway who says that this year's Castle Doctrine bill is already off and running, and he urges gun owners to contact their lawmakers in support of the legislation.
