2009 Brady Scorecard

Brady's "best" gun-control states have higher violent crime rates. Cam Edwards speaks with Austin Gun Rights Examiner Howard Nemerov about the latest state scorecard from the Brady Campaign, rating each state's gun-control laws from 1-100. Nemerov reports that the "worst" states-those with Right-to-Carry laws-have seen little increase in violent crime, while Brady's "best" have a 64 percent higher murder rate and a 45 percent higher violent crime rate in general than states who have concealed-carry laws.
