On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Roxbury, Massachusetts where a 14-year-old student was arrested for attempting to bring a loaded handgun into school. The boy was previously arrested for beating and robbing a victim in September 2010, and the DA's office recommended that he be in a juvenile detention center until age 18. Instead, the judge sentenced the teen to only 18 months probation. Three months after that decision, the teen was convicted of unarmed robbery when he and several others surrounded and beat another teen in Mattapan. He was originally held on $1,000 bail, but a judge reduced it to $100. Originally aired 10/27/11.
