Dennis Santiago: No Charges For FFL 'Assault Weapons' Arrests
San Luis Obispo County DA Dan Dow has announced that no charges will be filed against Dylan and Stef Todd, owners of The Outdoorsman in Arroyo Grande, California. The FFL was ordered by a judge to hold a "bullet button" AR-15 while the owner made arrangements for a private transfer, but they were arrested by the California DOJ for possessing "assault weapons." No apology has been forthcoming, nor any real explanation. California gun owner Dennis Santiago says that instead of facilitating a remedy, the Cal DOJ auditor appears to have just been a jerk. People are trying to obey the laws, but the department is incompetent. Dennis says it may take more victimization before real change happens. Originally aired on Cam & Co 11/30/17.
