Senator Dianne Feinstein has reintroduced a bill to ban "military-style assault weapons" and magazines holding more than ten rounds. The Federalist's Sean Davis says the fundamental problem is that the definition of an 'assault weapon' keeps changing. The 1994 version is no longer the standard. It's now a ban on virtually all semi-auto rifles in existence. Sean says that the grandfather clause could then be repealed at a later date, as California did last year. Gun controllers will never be satisfied until there is no legal ownership of firearms. Originally aired on Cam & Co 11/09/17.
