Gabriella Hoffman: Virginia A.G.'s Edict on Reciprocity Won't Make Anyone Safer
Writer Gabriella Hoffman discusses Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring's announcement that the commonwealth will no longer honor concealed handgun permits from 25 of 30 states with which it has reciprocity agreements. Weaker laws than those in Virginia were cited as the reason by the attorney general. She reports that lawmakers are already at work to counteract the executive action. She says that it violates the rights and sentiments of state residents, and must be reversed. She urges citizens to attend the Virginia Citizens Defense League 2016 Lobby Day on January 18 to show support for gun rights. Originally aired on Cam & Co 12/28/15.
