On this edition of Curator's Corner, John Popp joins National Firearms Museum Senior Curator Phil Schreier to discusses the Spencer Arms pump action shotgun made for black powder shells. Invented in 1882, the shotgun is billed as the first successful repeating pump action rifle. The gun can be seen on display at the NRA National Firearms Museum, located in Fairfax, Virginia.
