General George S. Patton's "Insurance Gun"

On this edition of Curator's Corner, John Popp joins National Firearms Museum Senior Curator Phil Schreier in Schreier's office to talk more about the guns of General George S. Patton, Jr. While General Patton is known for his ivory-gripped revolvers, these guns in that time period were large and not easily concealed. For that reason, General Patton always also kept an "insurance gun" in his waistband that was one of three smaller handguns. Originally aired 6/2/2011.
