On this edition of Curator's Corner, John Popp joins National Firearms Museum Senior Curator Phil Schreier in the Ruger Gallery to talk about the Ruger 10/22 Boy Scout Commemorative Rifle honoring the 100th anniversary of scouting in America. Schreier discusses the tremendous relationship between the NRA and Boy Scouts since the marksmanship merit badge was added to the roster in 1911. He also showcases the engravings on the gun including a famous Norman Rockwell scene as well as several, unique Boy Scout-themed designs and symbols. Originally aired 9/2/2010.
