A special Curator's Corner featuring the Colt Walker from True Grit. Gary James, senior editor of Guns & Ammo, joins National Firearms Museum Senior Curator Phil Schreier and Cam & Company to talk about the Italian-made Colt Walker from the 1969 film. Wielded by John Wayne as Rooster Cogburn, this particular gun has been "Hollywoodized" into a cartridge gun because of the many problems posed by real percussion guns on set. The firearm is featured at the National Firearms Museum booth at the 2009 Annual Meetings in Phoenix, Arizona as part of the "Reel Guns of the Old West" collection. Originally aired on 4/22/2009.
