Museum presents early models of repeating percussion rifles. On today's Curator's Corner, John Popp joins National Firearms Museum Director Jim Supica for the first of two segments on the history of the repeating long gun. First on the list is the Bennett & Haviland rifle, featuring a chain of twelve external chambers that the shooter can rotate using a crank wheel. Next is the reasonably successful Colt revolving rifle, based on the pioneering pistol design. Also featured are two revolving "turret" rifles, the P.W. Porter and a unique Graham prototype. Originally aired on 10/1/2009.
