NRA Museums Director Jim Supica and John Popp in are Springfield, Missouri at the Bass Pro Shops headquarters. It's the home of the NRA National Sporting Arms Museum. JIm says Black Jack Ketchum was a bad man, but he wasn't very good at it. He rode with a gang of outlaws, but decided he could do his train robbing single-handed. He tried to rob the same train the outlaws had robbed the month before. At the same place. The conductor shot Black Jack off his horse as the train rolled by. His hanging didn't go well either. Black Jack's Colt Single Action Army revolver is on display at the museum.
