John Popp and NRA Museums firearms specialist Logan Metesh present part three of the history of concealed carry. They are in Milwaukee for the 2017 NRA Carry Guard Expo. This time, it's the Remington Double Derringer. More than 150,000 of the .41 caliber rimfire pistols were made between 1866 to 1935. This "Double Ace" was donated by General Bryce Poe II, U.S.A.F. He carried it as a backup sidearm while flying combat missions during the Korean Conflict.
